After a personalized session, the contracting company receives in 72 hours a report of the result obtained in the Business Diagnosis carried out under the PAOM Method.

Diagnosis is the fundamental step in the initial stage of business consulting under the PAOM Method, composed of contact and preliminary recognition of each of the vital areas of the company. During the diagnosis, the current situation of the business must be known, to a large extent, these preliminary findings will contribute to the identification of the possible causes of the problem that the company may be presenting.

10 WEEKS


ANALYSISOF BUSINESS

A Business Analysis is carried out under the PAOM Method for 10 continuous weeks together with the contracting company to determine its current situation and identify opportunities for improvement.

At this level, the behavior of the company in the current market will be analyzed and understood, through the PAOM method, deepening the information obtained at the business diagnosis level. By delving into each of the key areas that make up the dimensions of the business, we will set out to achieve solutions that meet the needs of the business, but always focusing from the perspective of profitability. In order to meet these objectives, business analysis implies knowing the company perfectly to know how it works and the points that it should reinforce in order to improve its performance.

STRATEGIC PLANOF BUSINESS

A Strategic Business Plan is designed under the PAOM Method for immediate team execution with the contracting company with the aim of maximizing its results and increasing profitability.

This level is that of strategic planning, where specific activities that have previously been detected as necessary when carrying out the Diagnosis and Business Analysis will be defined. Making decisions, increasing sales, minimizing losses, increasing profitability, standardizing processes and consolidating companies are some of the benefits that our clients receive through our Business Consulting service.
